Monthly/Yearly rates are based upon 30 night months. Additional nights are charged at the pro-rated weekly or monthly nightly rate. All rates apply to single or double occupancy. Children below 12 without extra bed are free of charge when sharing room with adults. Baby cribs available upon request. These rates may be changed without prior notice.
